  • May 1: Online registration form for next year’s tournament opens. 
  • February 10: Final date for registrations.
  • March 1: Deadline for team fee and accommodation fee.
  • 20 days before the tournament starts: Deadline to send the players list for all the teams.
  • 20 days before the tournament starts: Deadline to send the rooming list for all the teams with accommodation package.
Conditions
  • 6 days / 5 nights
  • April, 05th to 10th 2020.  
  • Meals included. Full board.
    (Arrival with dinner, departure with lunch)
  • Accommodation is based in 3, 4 or 5 persons room occupancy.
  • Transfer from/to airport not included.
  • Transfer service for matches not included.
