Get into the IberCup Circuit!
IberCup offers the possibility to participate in a worldwide circuit of international youth football tournaments. With competitions in several different countries, IberCup offers the possibility to reach the IberCup World Final and become a World Champion. These tournaments are aimed for teams that are looking for top-level competitions. The level and its difficulty will increase as the teams progress through the different phases of the circuit.

How is the level of the teams on the IberCup circuit of tournaments?
On the Preliminary Cups, there can be teams of various levels and any team can apply. In the Qualifiers World Final and in the IberCup World Final, the teams will be able to play against the best football academies in the world, such as Fc Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico de Madrid, Sevilla FC Manchester City, Arsenal FC, Manchester United, Liverpool FC, Paris St Germain, O. Lyon, Inter Milan, Juventus, Werder Bremen, Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen, Benfica, FC Porto, Sporting CP, Gremio, Corinthians, Palmeiras, Flamengo, River Plate or Yokohama Marinos, who have participated in previous editions.

When participating in the Holiday Tournaments, you will always have the possibility to make a combined tour. Thus, in order to minimise the initial cost of your trip, you can choose to participate in two IberCup tournaments, in two consecutive weeks and in two countries with an excellent tourist offer, as it is in Portugal and Spain.

Number of Teams in the Tournament

It is our goal that all teams that wish to take part in the IberCup should be able to do so. But please note that during last couple years the tournament has not been able to accept all teams that wished to enter. The teams paying their entry fees first will be given priority. The team is officially registered only after this first entry payment. Additionally, most hotels are fully 6 months before the competition starts, so don’t take too long to make your decision, accommodation options close early. A club can register automatically a maximum of two (2) teams per category (more than two must be approved by the organization).

Registrations

IberCup is played following FIFA’s football rules. The limit for team’s applications is 32 teams in each age category. If the maximum enrollment of teams is reached before the deadline for registrations, registrations will close before the scheduled date. After you submit your application which will be evaluated by our organization, we will decide if your application is accepted. Team's participation is only assured after all payments are confirmed. Note that in previous editions the tournament has not been able to accept all teams that wished to enter.

Who May Participate

All clubs, who are members of their FIFA affiliated national associations, are welcome to participate in IberCup Tournaments. The club has to be a member of their FIFA affiliated national association. In countries where football is operated by schools, we also allow teams affiliated by their school football association.

Competition

The tournament begins with Group Stage. The teams are divided into groups of four or five where all the teams will meet in a round robin series. Classification/standings will be determined according to points. A victory is 3 points; Draw 1 point; Defeat 0 points. The two best teams in each group will advance to Playoff Gold. The third position in the group will advance to the Playoff Silver. The fourth position in the group will advance to the Playoff Bronze. The rest of the teams are eliminated. The playoff matches are played by direct elimination and in case of a draw, elimination will be decided by penalties according to FIFA’s regulations (may change depending on the final number of teams participating in each age category). All players must be insured, both for games and leisure time. Arrival for all teams is at least 1 day before the tournament's first match.
