Met Oval’s U12 Pre-Academy is a New York-based youth soccer team and foundational part of the Metropolitan Oval Academy development pathway. Rooted in one of the most historic soccer environments in the United States, MetOval has a long-standing tradition of developing elite players through its Youth Center of Excellence, located at the iconic Metropolitan Oval in Queens, NY — the oldest continuously used competitive soccer field in the country with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline. As a Pre-Academy side for the upcoming season, the U12 team is positioned to compete within the club’s MLS Next and Northeast Academy League programs — part of a structured competitive platform that prepares players for higher levels of youth competition.
